LOYALTY KRU:CARD
Where and how can I get my KRU:Card?
You can get your card directly online, by simply clicking Join Now in the menu above and creating your KRU: customer account. After filling in the registration form, you will receive an e-card immediately to the e-mail address provided. Download it to your smartphone and it’s ready to use!
If you would prefer a physical KRU:Card, ask for one from a staff member at any of our locations and then register the card following the same process as described above to enjoy its bonuses.
Where can I use it?
You can use the loyalty KRU:Card to collect and redeem bonuses when visiting any of the KRO or Alma venues in person:

In the Alma Wines Shop, V Jirchářích 8, 11000 Praha 1, the KRU:Card offers you a 5% discount on wines and Utopia and Euforia products (instead of bonuses).

How does the loyalty KRU:Card work?
Present your KRU:Card (physical or electronic on your smartphone) to our staff each time you’re asking for a bill at the KRO and Alma venues listed above. For every CZK 1,000 you spend with us, we will credit 50 bonus points to your customer account (or 100 if you have reached the superKRU: membership). The total amount of the customer’s spending is added up, so the customer does not have to reach CZK 1,000 in one visit, but for example in several separate visits.
The points you accumulate are converted into bonuses once a week (each Monday at 6 am), and once converted you can use them to pay up to 50% of your next bill. Any balance of accumulated spending that is less than the amount of 1,000 CZK will be carried over to the following week.
E.g. if you accumulate 2345 CZK = 2345 points in a week, you will get a bonus of 100 CZK on your next spend (or 200 CZK if you have a superKRU: membership) and the remaining 345 points will roll over to the next period.
Do I need to activate my card?
Your spending can be loaded onto the physical KRU:Card from the very first time you use it right after asking for it, but it is necessary to register and activate the card on this website in order to redeem your bonuses.
An electronic card obtained online on this website is already activated the moment you complete the registration and receive the e-card in your email.
I have spendings but the bonus does not show as available in my dashboard.
The collected spendings are updated into redeemable bonuses once a week, always on Monday at 6:00 am. So if you spent e.g. 5,000 CZK on Monday afternoon, your bonuses worth 250 CZK (or 500 CZK, depending on your membership level) will be available for use on the following Monday morning.
How does the superKRU: level work?
If you spend CZK 30,000 with us within 12 months, you will automatically become part of our superKRU: and you will start earning double points – for each 1,000 CZK spent, you will collect 100 bonus points instead of 50. To remain part of the superKRU: membership level you need to spend more than CZK 30,000 again within the next 12 months.
Can I collect points even if I don't have my KRU:Card on me?
If you’ve forgotten your physical card, simply check the My Account / Card tab after logging into your customer account here at www.krukarta.cz – you can always find the electronic version of your KRU:Card there and show the QR code to our staff when asking for a bill. We also sent you the electronic version of the card as an attachment to your welcome email right after you registered.
Can I get a physical card in addition to the electronic one I already got?
Simply request the physical KRU:Card at any of our venues listed above and add it to your customer account: login, go to the My account/Card tab, click on “Assign physical card” and enter the 8-digit code on the back of the card in the pop-up window.
What if I lose my KRU:Card?
If you lose your physical card, you can block it in your customer account under the Card tab. You can then request a new physical KRU:Card at any of our locations and assign it to your account using the “Assign a plastic card” button as described above. In the meantime, you can continue to use the electronic version of the card we sent you by email when you registered.
You can also re-send the electronic card under the Card tab to your email.
KRU: GIFT CARD
Where can I buy the KRU: Gift Card? What values are available?
The KRU: Gift Card can be purchased at all KRO and Alma venues (except the Alma Wines Shop, which has its own voucher system). The gift card can be loaded to any amount of your choice, just tell the staff how much you want to load on it.
How long is the KRU: Gift Card valid?
The gift card’s credit is valid for 12 months from the date of its purchase. If you’re not sure about the card’s expiry date or the current balance, you can check them here.
Can I use the KRU: Gift Card multiple times?
Yes, you can use the card for multiple visits, as long as there’s credit left. The card can also be reloaded again, simply ask our staff.
Can I use multiple KRU:Gift Cards to pay one bill?
Yes, just please indicate clearly to our staff how much credit from each card should be used when asking for your bill.
Where is the KRU:Gift Card valid? And how do I redeem it?
The KRU: Gift Card can be used in person at all KRO and Alma family businesses (except the Alma Wines Shop, which has its own voucher system). Simply tell our staff that you wish to pay with a gift card when asking for your bill.

Will I collect bonuses on my KRU: account when I pay with a gift card?
We credit points for the gift card when you use it to pay your bill. That is, points are collected when a guest uses a gift card (black KRU:Card) to pay their bill while also presenting their loyalty KRU:Card (yellow KRU:Card) at the same time.
No bonuses are collected when purchasing a gift card or topping up the credit on it.
