An unusual evening with a vertical tasting of vintages, especially Barolo from the Mario Fontana winery. The event will be guided by our friend and wine importer Petr Hanuš. We will be tasting unique wines from the winery, which incidentally was recently awarded as the best winery in Italy by the prestigious Gambero Rosso guide. The number of seats, due to the rarity of the bottles, is limited to 9, reservation is valid upon payment of the ticket.

- Flatbread, parsley and lovage pesto, fermented tomato ketchup, fresh whipped cheese, garlic chips, tomatoes
- Braised Tripe with Andula, grilled onions, crispy pork skin, wild garlic capers, toast
Main Courses:
- Whole boneless grilled trout, beurre blanc with fermented asparagus, charred leek, hazelnut dressing, rye crumble, wild capers
- Pearl barley koji purée, sautéed and pickled mushrooms, stracciatella, elderberry, crispy barley, fermented mushroom dust
- Aged duck breast, chicory, smoked shallot, pear, buckwheat, linden flower, perilla, duck jus with green juniper
- Aged bone-in beef steak, beef jus
